In the fall of 2011, Kim moved her business base under the Intero Real Estate Services Corporate Name. A Team Member in the Saratoga office, she believes she that being here will only affirm her commitment to her business partnering with Intero's core values and utilize their enthusiasm as she continues to move in the world of Real Estate in this market.
Kim was born in Upstate New York and moved to California at a young age. Her family settled in Willow Glen where she attended Schallenberger elementary school and Markham middle school. Her high school years were spent at Archbishop Mitty where she excelled academically and received many scholastic honors while serving in Student Government and being the President of the National Scholarship Federation. Kim attended Santa Clara University where she received a Bachelors of Science in Political Science. Kim purchased a home in Pleasanton where she lived for 4 years before buying her next home in Willow Glen. Kim was hands-on working on the complete renovation of her home...from windows to baseboards...she was part of each decision and some of the work too.
During the last couple of years of college and then afterward, Kim joined her family’s Premium/Manufacturer’s Representative and Adverting Specialty business. As in any small family business, she learned all the nuances and dynamics of the business from shipping/receiving to sales and marketing. Kim excelled in customer service, sales and marketing, creating many successful dealer promotions and consumer offers for many of the Bay Area’s largest Corporations – Dole, Del Monte, Clorox, Sutter Home Winery and Gallo, to name a few.
After 16 years in management and sales of her family Incentive Business, Kim turned her attention to Property Management where she managed several units. She spear headed and worked on several renovation projects using her innate sense for design, colors and decorating.
As a Realtor®, Kim has thrived in many areas. Not only was she an integral part of her Cupertino office – she has achieved Award Winning status within her first year. Kim has worked side by side with top producing agents, helping develop their business models while beginning her career in Real Estate. Doing this allowed her to capture the market from a unique vantage point. Once on her own, she has refined her skills in this ever changing market and persevered during the 2007 and 2008 and 2009 calendar years, each year, growing her sales to a new level. In 2008 Kim reached the prestigious Centurion Sales level and in 2009 reached Double Centurion level within the Century 21 franchise. Kim is presently the ranked as 2nd in her Cupertino Sales office and second among all Century 21 Champion Agents. In addition, her outstanding sales efforts in the 2008, 2009 and 2010calendar years has awarded her a spot as one of the Top Century 21 Agents in Northern California and in the world.
With an honest and candid approach to her clients – buyers and sellers alike – Kim is able to utilize her unique blend of communication and negotiation skills to help her clients realize their dreams.
